Our investigators personally travel to any location to determine whether the claimant on permanent disability is “alive and well” and that the claimant is receiving their benefits in a timely manner.  Our investigators also report the overall living conditions and activities of the claimant.  Due to family members sometimes fraudulently collecting the compensation benefits after the claimant has passed, these checks are recommended once or twice annually.
