The role of vocational rehabilitation case managers is to counsel and encourage injured workers and serve as their advocate, while providing timely, goal-oriented services. Vocational Case Management maximizes the injured worker’s ability to successfully return to work in a safe and cost-effective manner.  The case manager works with the injured worker, employer, and treating physician to ensure timely and appropriate services.
