Matrix Vocational Solutions is currently accepting resume for a BWC Certified RN/Voc Case Manager and/or Transitional Work Grant Developer. This person must be qualified for and experienced in Ohio BWC state fund and self-insured medical case management, vocational evaluations, job development/placement and Transitional Work Grant development. Certification and experience in all fields is preferred but will consider any combination. All cases will be located in the Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern Kentucky areas and will require travel within a 65-mile radius or further if deemed necessary by the vocational coordinator/director. .
Qualifications:
All candidates MUST HAVE at least ONE of the following credentials: CRC, CDMS, CRRN, CVE, COHN, CCM and must be an Ohio BWC Certified Provider.
Must be an Ohio BWC Certified Provider.
Individual Malpractice Insurance is required.
Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willing to travel.
